"What About Our Forensics?"

5
Forensics is very important in our court rooms and our criminal justice sytems in conviction of criminals. Fingerprints, blood samples and DNA along with digital data are all important evidence that helps convict criminals who desperately need to go through the court systems or even to jail. Each of the prior things being evidence that is used to convict guilt or innocence it is important. The yes-no question begs to ask, “Is new research and oversight needed?” The answer to this is the fact that sometimes “yes” it is needed. At other time the evidence doesn’t need to be reconsidered at all though. Most lawyers and jurors along with judges have to make quite the important and hard decisions which primarily affect people. The overall idea is to keep the public safe and if there is enough evidence against an individual then they should be tried in the court truthfully for the wrong matter of concern that they have committed.

Truly then some research on evidence that is done plays out incorrectly and innocently a mistake might be made by those who are convicting someone on trial. Having such a mix of personality and ethics along with logic makes it hard to get just the right court decision against a criminal. Nonetheless, much effort is made to convict those of who it is thought to be needed. If there is evidence it is smart to convict anyhow.

· Thesis: Sometimes new research and oversight is needed!
· Evidence: Rodriquez man who was wrongly convicted of rape had his evidence re-examined and was freed.
· The article has a very high and appropriate merit for the subject. The examples of conviction by jurors showed that the message is very clear that if you are proven guilty you must serve a sentence even though mistakes are made at times. Very helpful and not prejuciced.
